Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority, we are working very hard to make sure every customer can meet their expectations. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, the customer service team will respond to you ASAP.

 

Kindly Reminder: please check if the package was damaged, or had broken or missing pieces once you received it. As soon as you receive a damaged box, please take pictures to document the condition of the delivery when it arrived. Ans please contact us at the same time. we will file a claim. (* The claim can only be made within 7 days after receiving the package.)

 

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing returns.

 

Exchange & Refund

 

Understanding customers' needs and expectations, will help us find the right way to meet customer aspirations and improve our customer service. We have a 15-day policy if return and exchange for no reason. After receiving the package, if you are not satisfied with the hair and want to return or exchange the product, please contact us and we will tell you how to process it.

 

Please NOTE: We will not accept the order of returning the package without permission. When you want to return or exchange the products, please provide a photo or video of the product. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. Please ensure that the product remains intact, if the hair has been used, cleaned, or damaged, we will not accept the refund.

 

Please make sure to contact us before returning or exchanging the product. However, the shipping fee is REQUIRED. The amount of the shipping fee depends on different situations.

 

1. If you have any problems with the hair and want to apply for a refund, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 48 hours, email:support@viyahair.com. We will negotiate with you for a refund after the review is completed.

The refund will be processed and refund within 24 hours. Please inform us in advance if you need to refund a non-order account.

 

2. If the hair can be returned after negotiation, please send the products to the address we provided and send us the Express receipt after shipping. We will check the products after receiving the package.

 

3. If there is no problem with the hair, we will refund the money to the buyer within 24 hours, and the money will be returned within 3 working days. Please inform VIYA Hair in advance if you need to return the money to a non-order account.
